About.

As a Human Resources (HR) leader for over 35 years, I believe that people, and not policies, are what make an organization successful. Employees are the heart of every business. Having a people-focused style that drives results, strengthens workplace culture and improves turnover is my guiding ethos to ensure success.

After completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, I began my career working as a Personnel Officer for the State of Connecticut where I wrote the State’s Telecommuting Program and created the Automated Personnel System. My HR experience has spanned a variety of industries, allowing me to have perspectives in both public and private sectors.

Having lived through the evolution of corporate HR, from the era of paper files to the digital age, I recognize that we are now at another turning point with artificial intelligence. Most organizations understand they need to adapt but aren't sure where to begin, or if it’s safe. I help firms take the first step to get comfortable with AI at their own pace.
